How it works

Quote or book Renters book online, or you send a quote for several carts or a longer stay.
Paperwork Before delivery, renters sign agreements and upload a driver's license. Additional drivers get their own waivers.
Cart assignment A specific cart is assigned and can be swapped from the calendar. Carts in service are blocked.
Dispatch Drivers receive a text with the customer name, address, stop number, contact details, notes, gate code and a map link, and work from one daily manifest.
Delivery or lot handoff Staff complete the check-out in the mobile app, with photos or video, signatures, payment and the deposit authorization.
During the rental Parking details, local rules and return reminders go out by text or broadcast.
Pickup and return Staff inspect the cart, record damage on the order and release the deposit authorization under your policy.
