Pricing
No monthly fees. Every feature included.
BookingCentral runs on a small fee on each booking instead of a monthly subscription, and you can pass that fee to your guest at checkout. Many of our operators pay nothing out of pocket per booking.

How pricing works
Three pieces. Nothing hidden.
Here's everything that goes into what you pay. For businesses that take fewer bookings each year, pricing may also include an annual fee. The exact numbers depend on your operation, so we work them out with you on a short call.
No monthly subscription
No software bill every month. No license fee, no per-user charges, and no tier to outgrow as you add staff or boats.
See what's included →02A small fee on each booking
You pay a percentage of each booking, and you decide whether your guest pays it at checkout. Pass it through, and the software pays for itself. If you take fewer bookings each year, your pricing may also include an annual fee.
How the fee works →03One-time onboarding
A one-time onboarding fee covers getting you set up and your team trained. It's scoped to the size of your operation, and we'll quote it on your call.

No bookings in January? No fees in January.
A subscription bills you the same in February as it does over the Fourth of July. With BookingCentral, what you pay moves with your bookings.
Peak season
Busy months cover themselves
The fee rides along on each booking, and your guests can be the ones paying it.
Shoulder season
Costs slow down when you do
Fewer bookings means fewer fees. There's no flat bill holding steady while revenue drops off.
Off season
Quiet months stay quiet
No bookings means no booking fees, and there's no monthly subscription charge waiting for you either.
Everything included
Every feature, for every operator.
No add-ons and no upgrade tiers. If it's in BookingCentral, it's in your account.
Pricing FAQ
The questions operators ask us most.
How is the booking fee calculated?
It's a percentage of each booking. The exact rate depends on your operation, including your volume, fleet size, and how you run things, so we set it with you on a short call instead of posting one number that fits nobody.
Can I really pass the fee to my guests?
Yes. You decide whether the fee shows up for your guests at checkout, and many operators choose to pass it through. When they do, BookingCentral costs them nothing out of pocket per booking.
Won't a booking fee cost me bookings?
Guests who book tours and rentals online are used to seeing a booking fee at checkout. It's standard across the industry. What actually loses bookings is a slow or confusing checkout, and that's the part BookingCentral is built to get right.
Why isn't onboarding a fixed price?
A five-boat rental shop and a multi-location fleet need very different setup work. Onboarding covers getting your inventory, pricing, and documents set up and your team trained, so we scope it to what your operation actually needs.
What do I pay in my slow season?
There's no monthly subscription, so what you pay follows your bookings. A quiet month means fewer booking fees, and a month with no bookings has none. If you take fewer bookings across the year, your pricing may also include an annual fee, and we'll walk through what fits your operation on your call.
Are any features extra?
No. Every operator gets the full platform, including waivers, pre-check-in, two-way texting, damage deposits, and card readers. There are no tiers to upgrade through.
