Each confirmation line can include initials or a check box. Use the confirmation line to get confirmation from the renter that he/she understands each item.
3. Signature line(s)
The signature lines are where your renter signs the agreement. You can also use the signature lines to get signatures from the rental team member or delivery team member.
Using Rental Agreements during Check In
When you use the integration Check In functionality in the BookingCentral platform, the rental agreements can be signed during Check In or Delivery.
The completed Rental Agreement will automatically be added to the booking in the booking system. To view rental agreements for an existing order, click the Photos / Files button on the right side of the order screen.
